TEAM p.l.c.s' primary sector is construction and remodeling of the buildings: residential-commercial  buildings, production, tourist, educational, medical, religious and buildings for other purposes.
 

TEAM Business System has approximately 275 employees, where 11 per cent hold college or university degrees or their are promoting their education and pursuing master's degrees. 20 per cent of the employees hold a high school degree, 1 per cent of them are highly skilled workers, 46 per cent are skilled workers, 7 per cent are semi-skilled and 15 per cent are unskilled workers. Besides this, TEAM p.l.c. continues to grant scholarships to numerous university and high school students that are pursuing construction professions and vocations.

For the purposes of the project realization, besides employing its own workers, the Company owns construction equipment (containers, paneling, scaffolding), construction machinery primarily for building construction (cranes, lifts) and vehicles (trucks, trailer trucks, buses etc.). A significant part of the construction and project realization, besides construction itself, consists of the Company's own plants for manufacturing and mounting of the aluminum and PVC carpentry, dry stone wall mounting of the dividing walls and ceilings, metal construction, black and stainless steel carpentry, bending and mounting of the construction frames.

Having recognized the need for high-quality and well-organized performance in its sector, the Company pays a special attention to education and continuous professional development of its employees: from workers, foremen, construction site managers to project managers.
The company grants scholarships to many of its employees for higher educational purposes, and to vocational school students in both manufacturing and non-manufacturing professions.

In order to promote the education and development of its employees, TEAM p.l.c. has been successfully collaborating with Construction Vocational High School Cakovec and Faculty of Construction (Institute for Construction Organization and Economy) in Zagreb for a number of years. A result of such collaboration is that students are being educated for the following professions: construction foremen, construction site managers and project managers, and besides this, another Master and a Doctorate degree are in their final stage.

This way of running the business allows us to keep pace with Europe and the rest of the world regarding construction organization and thus ensures that project management is according to the highest known standards.

A result of such work and cooperation is also the annual award of the Croatian Association of Construction Engineers for 2006 presented to the TEAM's employee for the realization of one of the biggest projects (reconstruction and completing of the hotel „ISTRA“ in Rovinj).
